Canine Academy established in 1976 is a training and boarding school devoted to the training of dogs and the education of their owners. Every dog, having a different personality and emotional makeup, should be developed and trained by an individual proficient and experienced in the art of training dogs. Quite often, owners do not have the time or the knowledge to help their dogs overcome bad habits that cause damage to what could be a happy and loving relationship.

The bonding of Humans and Dogs has been one of the best relationships benefitting both in ways too numerous to mention. At times it can be less than harmonious since owners do not possess the knowledge nor the techniques that could bring about a more pleasant partnership.


Enter – Canine Academy……With over 50 years of training experience, we have the skills to develop a well-trained dog. The time spent in our in-resident courses is small compared to the many years you will share with your pet. Combine this with working with you - the owner- and a fractured relationship can become seamless. This can bring about many rewards giving you maximum companionship and enjoyment and minimum anxiety.

BOARDING CHARGES ARE $ 35.00  DAILY


LEASH WALKS ARE $6.00


Puppies Under 6 Months of Age are $ 1.00 additional  (  $  36.00  Daily )

You are charged for the day you come in regardless of times within our hours....

On the day of pick-up ....if you pick up before or by 12 noon you are not charged 

for that day.   On a stay of 5 days or more we get a deposit of about half the full stay amount when you come in....That deposit would be in the form of check or cash...we do not honor credit cards,etc.
